Thousands of hand-blown glass floats are hidden on Lincoln City's beaches and whoever finds one gets to keep it! The actual number floats hidden reflect the year, so in 2010, 2010 floats were released and so on. There are also 100 glass crabs and 100 glass sand dollars to be found. Each float is numbered and may be verified and registered by calling the Visitor Bureau. Glass floats are also sold throughout the town.
